As a licensed therapist and a mom of two little monsters (I mean, darlings), I know how tough it can be to manage our mental health while dealing with life's craziness. That's why I created HWGT when the pandemic was at its peak. I saw a real need for mental health resources that were accessible and legit, and I knew I could help.

HWGT is the ultimate self-help tool designed to give you real mental health support whenever you need it. No more waiting around for appointments or scrolling through sketchy advice online. Our app is made up of kick-ass mental health professionals who are here to help you navigate life's twists and turns.
